- Strong expertise in IFRS accounting standards, as well as proven experience in group reporting and consolidation processes
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems, combined with excellent Excel skills.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
