- You bring 10+ years of progressive leadership in legal operations within a large, matrixed multinational organization, with a proven track record of driving operating model transformations.
- You possess expertise in enterprise legal data architecture, generative AI/LLM frameworks, and driving large-scale digital adoption.
- You are an influential, visionary change leader who excels at upskilling multidisciplinary teams and shifting culture toward agility and tech fluency.
- You demonstrate deep executive presence, with the ability to communicate strategic narratives and operational insights effectively to executive committees and C-suite stakeholders.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications in Legal Operations or Change Management are a plus).
