We are looking for the Bundern Kunstmuseum in the Office of Culture as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a manager in cash register/supervision in hourly wages.

Tasks

• Managing the team Funding and supervision with 23 employees
• Personnel deployment planning and time tracking
• Organisation and management of team meetings
• Personnel planning and security management for special openings of the museum
• Responsibility and control of the cash system
• Compilation of statistics
• Administrative tasks

Requirements

• Commercial or equivalent training with professional experience
• Flexibility as well as independent, service- and solution-oriented working methods
• Safe appearance and a pleasant, friendly manner
• Correct expression in German
• Knowledge of foreign languages in English, Romanesque and Italian
• Interest in Art and Culture
