Full description
As a specialist building office of the Canton of Graubünden, the building construction office represents the interests of the canton as property owner and/or building owner and is responsible for all services of real estate management. This includes the structuring of the real estate portfolio, the planning, realization and management of real estate as well as consulting.
We are looking for a project manager/in construction project management by 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Tasks
- Representation of building owners as project manager for the planning and realization of new buildings, renewals and repairs in the canton’s broad portfolio of real estate
- Definition of project objectives and monitoring of all project phases
- Preparation and implementation of quality assurance procedures for the procurement of the necessary works and services
- Cooperation in the preparation of the loan application to the competent authorities
- Management and assurance of deadline, cost and quality requirements
- Implementation of high sustainability standards and principles of the circular economy
- Coordination of communication and cooperation between all stakeholders involved in the project
- Construction acceptance and control of final accounts
- Preparation of project completion and documentation
Requirements
- You have completed training as an architect/in
- You have experience in project management and preferably also as a client representative
- You have the ability to present and communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly in German
- They have a strong networked, entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high sense of responsibility and quality
- They are capable of teamwork and work solution- and service-oriented
- You have pleasure and skill in dealing with different stakeholders
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team in projects
- Their appearance is safe, friendly and convincing
- The safe use of digital tools and interest in new things is part of your everyday life
- A broad general education and ideally good knowledge of several cantonal languages round off your profile
Requirements
Completed degree as an architect
Experience in project management, ideally as a client representative
Fluent German communication skills for complex matters
Strong entrepreneurial and networked thinking
High awareness of responsibility, quality, and sustainability
Team-oriented, solution-driven, and service-oriented personality
Confident demeanor and excellent stakeholder management
Proficiency in digital tools and affinity for innovation
