The child and adult protection authority KESB is there for people in need. Those who need help and support can count on KESB. There is no day like the other. In our interdisciplinary team, we actively shape a secure future for vulnerable adults, families, children and young people.
We are looking for KESB Graubünden, Nordbünden branch as of 1. On 1 January 2027, or by appointment, an expert in the intelligence service.
Tasks
- With great independence and autonomy, supported in a service with a great deal of expertise, case analyses must be prepared with appropriate application to the authority
- Contact and conversations with directly affected persons and relatives, often directly in their living space
- Situational adjustment of the individual clarification steps while respecting the legal basis and in consultation with the procedure management
- Obtaining relevant information from experts, institutions and offices involved
- Clarification of subsidiary and complementary support offers
- Implementation of adapted crisis interventions
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work BSc/FH/HFS or equivalent education
- Experience in the areas of child and adult protection or willingness to receive training
- Very high communicative and social skills with a broad repertoire of methods
- Empathy towards people in difficult life situations
- Analytical skills to structure, define complex social situations and initiate necessary interventions
- Reliable and resilient, with a great sense of responsibility
- Independent, fast-learning and networked personality
- Flexible with high service orientation and teamwork in an interdisciplinary context
Requirements
Degree in Social Work BSc/FH/HFS or equivalent education
Experience in child and adult protection or willingness for further training
