Full description
For our pension team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality as a customer service provider. In this job, you are the first point of contact for our insured, employers and pensioners. If suitable and interested, we offer you the opportunity to develop into a specialist. You assume additional professional responsibility.
Tasks
- You process independently and professionally the pension transactions of our insured (entry and exit, wage and employment degree changes, divorces, home ownership promotion, purchases, retirements)
- They are committed to supporting our insured, employers and pensioners in German and ideally in another official language.
- You support the disability and death prevention team in cooperation with our reinsurance
- You are actively involved in the further development of processes and digital channels
Requirements
- Basic commercial education
- Experience in occupational pension schemes or social insurance is advantageous
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of other cantonal languages
- Independent, exact and reliable working method with high quality awareness and resilience in peak times
- Joy of an open and respectful cooperation in a small team
- Digital Affinity
