The Plessur Regional Court is a first-instance civil and criminal court with its seat in Chur. It is affiliated with the cantonal coercive court and the intermediation office with the Conciliation Office for rental matters of the Plessur Region. The business burden is about 2,200 cases per year (including cases of coercive court). The actuary is currently equipped with eight persons and 680 job percentages and carries a substantial part of the business burden.

We are looking for the Regional Court of Plessur on 01 December 2026 or by appointment

Tasks

• Legal clarifications in civil and criminal law
• Support of judges in the process management
• Protocol management in court proceedings and in case of evidence
• Composition of decisions, judgments, decisions and orders
• In addition, the tasks result from the law on the organisation of the court (BR 173.000)

Requirements

• Completed legal studies in Switzerland, desirable with attorney's patent
• Practical experience, ideally at the court, in the ad corporal or in the public administration
• Structured, forward-looking, independent and precise working methods
• Team-capable, reliable and resilient personality.
