The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as a competence center of HR for the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden. We help ensure that the Canton of Graubünden is an attractive and progressive employer. In our personnel consulting department, all departments, departments, courts and institutions are competently advised and supported on topics along the HR lifecycle. Tasks

• Advising and supporting managers and personnel managers in their own area of responsibility within the cantonal administration
• Responsibility for the entire HR lifeycle - from recruitment to development to exit.
• Accompanying change processes and reorganizations
• Support for recruitment (including personality profile analyses, assessments)
• Advising and supporting managers in succession planning and talent development
• Implementation of HR training for managers and employees
• Management and participation in projects for the optimization and digitization of HR processes or specialist applications
• Partners in the implementation of the HR strategy

Requirements

• Eidg. HR certificate or university degree with a focus on human resources or a similar subject
• Several years of experience in a consulting HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner
• Independent, structured, reliable and discreet working method
• Digital affinity and understanding of modern means of communication
• Sovereign appearance and the ability to accompany leaders constructively
• Resilience and stylish communication
• Empathetic, team-oriented and authentic personality with a positive attitude
