The Office for Energy and Transport is the cantonal competence centre for energy and public transport issues. In the field of energy, we are leading the way in awarding concessions and approving hydropower projects. We are responsible for the implementation of energy legislation, operate the Minergie certification body and supervise the energy promotion programmes. In the area of public transport, we are responsible for preparing and ordering public transport in the canton of Graubünden.

We are looking for the Office of Energy and Transport as of 1. February 2027 or by arrangement a case officer in finance.

Tasks

• Financial management of the Office for Energy and Transport
• Assistance in the preparation of the budget and the closure of accounts
• Preparation of procurement decisions
• Development of public transport contribution commitments
• Follow-up and monitoring of open contribution commitments in the areas of energy efficiency and public transport
• Cooperation in the field of ICS of the Office for Energy and Transport

Requirements

• Commercial education with further training in finance
• Several years of professional experience in finance are beneficial
• Confident mastery of the German language in words and writing
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is advantageous
