- You will be responsible for the strategic evolution of our edge software platforms, HVAC applications, and connected digital capabilities throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you will drive innovative software solutions that create measurable customer value and accelerate the transformation from hardware-centric products to software-driven offerings. What You'll Do
- Own the complete lifecycle of edge software platforms, HVAC applications, and digital capabilities – from vision and roadmap definition to market launch and phase-out.
- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with business line objectives and evolving market requirements.
- Consolidate requirements from global business lines and translate them into clear product specifications, development backlogs, and actionable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate connected solutions and ensure successful implementation in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Build and validate business cases while continuously monitoring customer needs, market developments, and emerging technology trends to strengthen the product portfolio.

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Several years of experience in product management within embedded software, IoT solutions, building automation, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern digital technologies such as edge computing, cloud solutions, and connected systems, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer and business value.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and business requirements.
- Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, drive change, and develop collaborative solutions across functions and regions.
