- As a Senior Consultant / Manager in our HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will be a trusted strategic advisor helping organizations optimize their HR operating models, payroll operations, and HR service delivery. You will: Lead HR Strategy Engagements
- Partner with C-suite and HR leadership to develop comprehensive HR strategies, HR process and policies designs, and operating models that drive business value Advise on Payroll Transformation
- Provide expert guidance on payroll optimization, outsourcing decisions, technology implementations, and process improvements across complex, multi-country environments Optimize HR Service Delivery
- Help clients evaluate and redesign their HR service delivery models, including shared services, business process outsourcing, and technology enablement Manage Strategic Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary advisor for complex, high-value engagements Develop Integrated Solutions
