We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our team specialized in debt collection.
The role involves managing complex cases and collaborating with various business functions, operating with a high degree of autonomy from our Zurich – Wallisellen office.

- The role involves managing complex cases and collaborating with various business functions, operating with a high degree of autonomy from our Zurich – Wallisellen office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Permanent position in a dynamic work environment, with salary conditions commensurate with experience.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in debt collection management within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is required.
- Language skills: Excellent command of French (C1 level, written and spoken) and good knowledge of Italian (B2 level, written and spoken). Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
Responsabilités principales
- Key Responsibilities:
- Permanent position in a dynamic work environment, with salary conditions commensurate with experience.
- Workplace: Zurich – Wallisellen, with the possibility of partially working remotely (home office).
- An initial onboarding and training program of 3 months at the Lugano office is provided.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in debt collection management within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is required.
- Language skills: Excellent command of French (C1 level, written and spoken) and good knowledge of Italian (B2 level, written and spoken).
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

- Soft skills: Strong goal-oriented mindset, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently is essential, while also maintaining a strong team spirit and excellent communication with the team at the head office, despite working from a remote branch office.
- Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification (e.g. degree in Swiss law or political science).
