- Screen, evaluate and propose emerging technologies – support Risk Engineering in adopting new technology solutions (incl.
- AI solutions) applicable in the Risk Engineering and Underwriting domain
- Support process optimization – contribute to business process optimization to increase efficiency and standardization across global Risk Engineering operations
- Support deployment of technology solutions – c ontribute to change management activities (training, communication) to support successful implementation and user adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives.
- Support full life-cycle project management – assist project managers and IT product owners in effective execution of initiatives, quarterly and annual business planning cycles About the Team
- The Risk Engineering Services (RES) team is part of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions that offers innovative insurance solutions for multi-national corporations around the globe.
- Risk Engineering is represented globally by around 200 employees across more than 20 Swiss Re offices worldwide.
- Your role will be within the global RES Centre unit, serving regional RES units worldwide.
