ZCC Zurich Capability Center is looking for a Business Analyst
You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of business processes leveraging the INSIS platform.
The ideal candidate will combine strong insurance domain expertise with hands-on INSIS experience, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC.
- Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories, and SIPOC diagrams.
- Support product configuration, policy administration processes, and billing processes within INSIS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users and stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives.
