- You will shape the end-to-end supply chain model to drive commercial value, customer loyalty, and organizational resilience.
- This role extends beyond traditional operational boundaries: you will drive the strategic agenda for both SALT and your LT, navigating complex landscapes to align regional stakeholders behind a unified vision.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy, effectively balancing conflicting interests and translating organizational risks and constraints into strategic influence.
- Create confidence through proactive, transparent communication on strategic initiatives before they are requested by stakeholders.
- Plan and implement the in-country supply chain strategy aligned with regional and global goals.
- Collaborate effectively with chapters, networks, and other internal teams.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs.
- Liaise with the integrated planning team to optimize inventory levels for spare parts, instruments, and reagents.
- Manage 3PL supply chain activities to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate on automation/digitalization projects with the digital solutions and consultancy team.
