Main responsibilities
- You lead the paint shop team including learners, promote their development and provide a motivating working environment
- You plan, control and optimize day-to-day business with an overview and a good sense of efficient processes
- Quality, adherence to deadlines and a smooth process are your top priority – you keep everything under control
- As a hub, you coordinate the collaboration between workshop, customer service and your team
- Material management as well as order and safety are also your responsibility and are consistently ensured by you. Profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a carrosserie painter: in EFZ and ideally have further education
- With your several years of professional experience – and in the best case first management experience – you bring the necessary know-how
- You tackle, think and take responsibility – you can rely on
- With clear communication and safe appearance, you convince in everyday life and enjoy working in a team
- Very good knowledge of German as well as the driver’s license of category B round off your profile
