Main responsibilities
- You keep administrative everyday life running – from correspondence and appointment management to the maintenance of customer, business and vehicle master data
- With reporting, statistics and evaluations for fleet management, you bring relevant data to the point
- In projects you get involved and support in the creation and maintenance of documents, forms and lists
- High data quality is important to you: you work carefully and conscientiously and adhere to defined quality standards reliably
- You keep processes and workflows clearly and take care of a structured storage with neatly maintained system and process documentation Profile:
- A commercial education or equivalent training you have in your pocket and ideally already several years of experience in an administrative, analytical or data-oriented function.
- It is up to you to analyze, prepare and interpret data – from this you derive meaningful reporting, key figures and decision-making principles for fleet management.
- You master Excel very well and even complex formulas, pivot tables, data preparation and evaluations are part of everyday life for you.
- With larger amounts of data you handle structured and secure
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented – this is how you work.
