Main responsibilities
- Complex and cross-divisional HR system projects are your responsibility – from strategic planning to implementation to successful implementation, you manage them with foresight
- As part of our team of four, you will analyze and prioritize requirements, critically question existing processes and actively and sustainably shape our HR system landscape.
- Professional system responsibility is in your hands – you are responsible for tests, acceptances and quality assurance and ensure stable and efficient operation
- Working in day-to-day operations and supporting your teammates in system administration is a matter of course for you
- Complex support cases are an exciting challenge for you - in 2nd/3rd level support you analyze causes and develop sustainable solutions
- You pass on your knowledge with enthusiasm – together we make our decentralised personnel managers fit for the future Profile:
- You have several years of experience in the support and further development of HR systems and know their interaction with HR processes
- You move confidently between strategy and implementation – both conceptual tasks and operational challenges you master with ease
- Connected thinking and a strong understanding of HR processes help you to identify connections and develop sustainable solutions
- With your communication strength, you convince on all levels and bring different stakeholders together successfully
