• Leadership of the assembly team on site at the construction site
• Execution of tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Coordination of work on site incl. Contact with construction management and customers
• Independent material order from suppliers
• Coordination during the execution of subcontractors
• Independent coordination of possible transports (equipment, construction site equipment and return transport)
• Control of the quality requirements during the execution of projects for the own work and those of subcontractors.
• Commissioning and testing of complex plants incl. Measurements
• Compliance with the contractual deadlines and delivery to the contracting entity
• Organisation of tools and machines
• Compliance and implementation, as well as control of safety regulations

• Degree as an electrical installer, assembly electrician or grid electrician with EFZ (or officially recognised training in Switzerland) or adequate professional experience with operating and safety facilities
• Honest, reliable and transparent way of working in a team
• You like working outdoors
• Willingness to make night assignments (compensated with 50% time surcharge)
• Driving licence Cat B
• Trailer check is beneficial (will be paid if interested)
• Good oral and written knowledge of German.
