- Development of the real estate strategy at the level of supply region and object as well as management of user groups in the definition of user needs resp. Operational concepts
- Management of real estate repair planning (10-year perspective)
- Experience with complex construction projects (e.g. in healthcare, hospitality or blue light organizations)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method with a high degree of assertiveness and persuasion
- Professional and well-groomed appearance with strong contact and communication skills
