• Controlling the care process for somatic customers
• Determination of service needs, creation of the assistance and care plan
• Ensure the professional provision of care services, ensure differentiated and specialized care as well as professional wound and pain management
• Assuming nursing assignments at our customers at home
• Implementation of interventions and electronic documentation
• Professional management of employees and support in complex care situations Requirements
• Basic training nurse HF/FH or equivalent with SRC recognition
• Professional experience in nursing for several years
• Competent assessment of nursing situations
• Flair and pleasure in administrative and organizational activities
• Good IT user knowledge
