- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization consisting of Managers, Specialists and Bioprocess Engineers.
- Ensure the execution of all production campaigns within your respective production lines in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protection guidelines
- Take responsibility for all personnel-related matters, including qualification, development, coaching, recruitment, compensation, and disciplinary issues
- Serve as a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX
- Act as the subject matter expert and key contact for all questions related to production planning (S process), technical evaluations, and feasibility studies
- Ensure and continuously improve regular performance and results monitoring through weekly reports, dashboards, Hoshin boards, and other reporting tools Lead or participate in CAPEX projects What we are looking for:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in chemical or biotechnology manufacturing, preferably in leadership roles, MSAT, Engineering, or similar functions Comprehensive GMP knowledge
- Clear and persuasive communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization
