- Your main responsibilities Manage search and selection processes Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities Support staff and managers in the main HR issues Collaboration with the management of training, development and performance management processes Ensure the correct management and updating of HR data within SAP Process HR reporting and analysis to support business activities Collaboration with the Shared Service Center Payroll and with the various internal stakeholders Participating in HR projects and ongoing improvement initiatives Support internal communication activities and initiatives dedicated to employees Coordinate General Services activities, including operational management of corporate events, institutional meetings and services to support the organization.
- Participating in projects involving different Group companies
- Education in Human Resources, Business Economics or equivalent Title At least 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist function in Switzerland Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law and the main HR processes Experience using SAP Excellent knowledge of Italian language, good knowledge of German language (minimum level B2) Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and service orientation Excellent organizational and relational capacity Periodic travel availability in Switzerland
