Join Julius Baer's Structured Lending & Solutions team as a structured lending specialist, where you will play a critical role in Julius Baer’s lending offering within the GPS Division. YOUR CHALLENGE

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Law
- Experience in collateralized transactions underlying being equities, fixed income, hedge funds, amongst other
Exigences principales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Law
- Experience in collateralized transactions underlying being equities, fixed income, hedge funds, amongst other
- Work on front to back work stream coverage – origination, structuring, approvals (including liaising with control functions) and lifecycle management
- Preference for cross-jurisdictional experience, with understanding of complex cases (insider considerations, etc.)
- Technical background in collateral assessment (excel models, etc.)
- Background in transaction documentation negotiation
- Experience with derivative structures / hedged transactions
- Proficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, other languages are a plus
- Diligent, accurate, and reliable personality
