Design, implement, and operate backend services and APIs using Java (17/11/8), Spring (4/5), and Spring Boot (2.x/3.x).

- Support production operations: troubleshoot incidents, analyze performance, and drive reliability improvements.
- Document APIs, architecture decisions, runbooks, and operational procedures; track work in JIRA.

- 7–15 years of professional software engineering experience; proven track record supporting production systems. Strong backend development with:
- Java (from 8 to the latest LTS being the target for all apps)

- Databases: Oracle and MS SQL Server, with hands-on experience in: SQL, DB performance fundamentals Liquibase for schema migrations PL/SQL (beginner level, <2 years) CI/CD and DevOps practices: Pipeline management in YAML Test automation integration in pipelines Security and authentication: Kerberos and OAuth2/OIDC
- Good knowledge of AppSec (SQL injection, XSS, RCE) and secure coding practices JUnit 5, Mockito, Cucumber (BDD/ATDD) Jest for frontend unit tests
- Note: Team does not practice strict TDD; emphasis is on pragmatic, automated testing
- Soft skills: Organized, reliable in production support, able to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
