- Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Develop automation scripts with Python, Bash, and Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Manage GCP IAM, security policies, certificates, and secrets.
- Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to Git-based development workflows.
Exigences principales
- and Technical Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
- Strong expertise in GCP (GKE, IAM, VPC, Compute Engine).
- Proven experience with Terraform, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred
- Experience with Jenkins and Ansible.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries. Location Requirement We do not offer a fully remote work policy
- Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.)
- Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy

- For our Lugano office, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, automating, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , with a strong focus on Terraform, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Python/Bash/Ansible automation, CI/CD pipelines, platform security, and Agile collaboration with internal and external engineering teams .
