- It promotes Lean and Agile best practices, standardizes ways of working, and helps teams deliver business value more effectively. What you will do Leadership & Agile Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Elevate agile maturity and capabilities across the organization through leadership, coaching, and mentorship of Agile Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and Agile Champions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, promoting Lean-Agile principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Enterprise Agile Transformation & SAFe Enablement
- Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the enterprise.
- Ensure consistent adoption and operationalization of Lean-Agile processes globally while balancing business needs and organizational objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives that improve business agility, delivery effectiveness, and customer value.
- Release Train & Program Execution Oversight

- ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) and/or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
