As a Digital Innovation Specialist (m/f/d) based in Visp, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the global Advanced Synthesis (ADS) network.

Processus de candidature
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain OT systems and digital applications (e.g., DCS, MES, data pipelines, analytics tools)
- Translate operational requirements into effective, feasible digital solutions
- Lead selected innovation and digitalization initiatives from concept to implementation
- Ensure proper documentation, lifecycle management, and change control for assigned digital systems
- Support sites with rollout, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital platforms
- Contribute to digital capability‑building, best‑practice sharing, and standardized training and documentation What we are looking for:
- Completed apprenticeship in manufacturing, process engineering, or similar; preferably complemented by a BSc/MSc degree
- Solid understanding of OT systems (e.g., DCS, MES) and digital manufacturing technologies
