- Operational & Shopfloor Support: Acting as an intermediate support contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production operators directly on the line.

- Operational & Shopfloor Support: Acting as an intermediate support contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production operators directly on the line.
- MES Troubleshooting: Investigating and solving technical exceptions, system errors, and quality issues within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to minimize downtime.
- Improvement & Resolution Management (IRM): Managing detected or potential quality events with the primary goal of ensuring product safety and efficacy.
- Leading investigations, performing root cause analyses, and coordinating corrective actions.
- Document & Change Management: Creating and managing GxP-compliant documents (manufacturing / QC process documentation, work instructions).
- Guiding operational changes through formal Change Management pathways to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge Documentation: Ensuring product, system, and process knowledge is well-documented in internal Wiki articles for easy access and operational retention. Who You Are
- You are a current Bachelor or Master student (or graduated within the last 12 months) in life sciences, chemistry, process engineering, biotechnology, applied informatics, or a related field .
