Responsabilités principales
- Your responsibilities
- Record and administrate personnel master data in payroll system, timekeeping system and CDS Record and check variable payroll data
- Start payroll process and check payroll data to secure correct data for payment/accounting
- Secure a correct registration of co-workers for the different social insurances/tax authorities
- Secure registration/announcement of co-workers to different daily allowance insurances and monitor payments of daily allowances and prepare and forward credit notes for accounting
- Establish monthly statements to tax authorities (withholding tax) and monitor incoming invoices and forward invoices to accounting Monitor expiration of child allowances
- Establish year-end statements for social insurances and tax authorities and assistance for reconciliation
- Establish of diverse personnel and salary data reports
- Complete various forms for public authorities (social insurances, execution offices)
