Entreprise et contexte
- The PSD Operations team serves as a critical strategic partner across PD Functions and Domains, operating within a complex global environment to champion data, digital, and AI-enabled strategies while applying the principles of OneOperations to enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery.
- In this dynamic position, you will act as a key Operations Partner and People Leader (30% allocation), translating PSD strategies into operational plans, overseeing high-performance processes, and directly guiding talent development to drive impactful business outcomes. The Opportunity
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to co-create solutions, establish engagement mechanisms, and execute satisfaction frameworks in collaboration with the Global Head of Operations PSD.
- Manage the end-to-end work intake process with urgency, maintaining a comprehensive resource overview across PD Functions and Domains, matching talent (including active feedback loops), and establishing prioritization principles for highest-value work.
- Shape and execute Operations strategies with the Global Head of Operations, leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to continuously evolve service offerings and boost effectiveness.
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning, capability development, and upskilling initiatives to ensure the organization remains competitive, agile, and prepared for future demands.
- Drive high-performance organization processes including calibration, succession planning, promotions, hiring, onboarding, and overall service delivery quality oversight.
- Dedicate 30% of your role to direct People Leadership by mentoring and coaching reports, setting development goals, conducting regular check-ins, and managing performance effectively.
- Foster a culture of trust, transparency, ownership, and continuous learning while translating PSD and function-level strategies into consistent leadership execution. Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, alongside 5+ years of experience as an Operations Partner implementing operational strategies in complex organizations (pharma, biotech, or healthcare preferred).
