HR Process Excellence & Systems Specialist 100%
- Your responsibilities HR Process Management Map current HR workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined, automated solutions aligned with the existing HR systems.
Ensure HR process design and documentation are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
Define, document, and continuously improve HR processes – ensure processes are aligned with best practice.
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of annual core HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Compensation Planning, External Reporting).
HR Systems Responsibility for the administration, support, and continuous development of the global HR systems landscape, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business and HR requirements.
Analyse, coordinate and implement system changes and improvements with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Consulting and support for internal stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors-related topics and processes.
