We are looking for an Android Developer to join our Banking Services team to contribute to the development and evolution of modern Android applications related to Payments, Cards or Cryptocurrencies, among others. In this role, you will build clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin, Coroutines, Flows, and Jetpack Compose, following Clean Architecture principles and industry best practices. Beyond strong development skills, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of features end-to-end, understands the product and technical context, enjoys solving problems, and collaborates effectively with the team to continuously improve both development processes and the product itself.
The role requires a strong engineering mindset, with particular attention to code quality, maintainability, architectural consistency, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications following Clean Architecture and modern development practices.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical topics, from requirements clarification and solution design to implementation and production follow-up.
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of existing mobile systems, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and maintain UI components using Jetpack Compose, ensuring a consistent, performant, and accessible user experience.
- Implement asynchronous logic and reactive data flows using Kotlin Coroutines and Flows.
- Produce clean, well-tested code following established engineering best practices and the team's architectural guidelines.
- Review code and technical solutions proposed by other engineers and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders and designers.
