Tasks

  • Processing technical support requests by telephone, e-mail and at the technical desk in French

Compliance with lead times

  • Completed technical or commercial training (EFZ), ideally in the IT or multimedia environment
  • Very good knowledge of French and German
  • Other languages are beneficial
  • First experience in technical support or customer service
  • Comprehensive knowledge and flair in the fields of IT, network technology or consumer electronics and electrical engineering
  • Structured and solution-oriented working method with rapid comprehension
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the operating systems of Microsoft (Windows), Apple and Google (Android)
