- Management of an internal INFRA team (Plant Engineers)
- Ensure reliable and GMP-compliant operation of all infrastructure and supply systems
- (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Effectiveness Checks and technical ones, including the technical ones, of the INFRA-area of responsibility CAPEX projects
- Safeness of approach to internal and external stakeholders Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Management of an internal INFRA team (Plant Engineers)
- Ensure reliable and GMP-compliant operation of all infrastructure and supply systems
- Planning and implementation of maintenance, maintenance and optimization measures
- Coordination and control of external service providers Responsibility for: Maintenance strategies and plans
- Failure management and root-source analysis
- Continuous improvement of system availability and system performance Close cooperation with:
- Production and production planning (Safety of availability) QA/QE
- (GMP compliance, audits, deviations, CAPAs)
- HSE (safety and environmental requirements) Support and control of:
Key requirements
- (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Effectiveness Checks and technical ones, including the technical ones, of the INFRA-area of responsibility CAPEX projects
- Guarantee of plant availability and operational safety
- Ensuring the GMP compliance of all INFRA systems in the transferred area of responsibility
- Definition and implementation of standards (SOPs, maintenance strategies, systems) Escalation and processing of: Critical faults Deviations
- Compliance-relevant topics Management responsibility
- Technical and disciplinary management of the INFRA team
- Development of employees (Technicians & Engineers)
- Management of external partners and service providers
- Development and further development of an efficient 24/7 operating model Cooperation & Consulting
- Close cooperation with engineering, operations, QE, production and external partners
- Consulting of specialist departments and project teams in compliance and governance issues

- Knowledge of QM or document management systems beneficial SAP skills advantage Competences
