Main responsibilities
- You ensure the perfect handling of damage and guarantee cases our managed properties
- You take over the project management or coordination of smaller construction projects and housing repairs
- You act in coordination with management, construction management and owners and coordinate entrepreneurs and tenants
- You are responsible for the sighting and initial assessment of the incoming complaints as well as the forward-looking implementation of the necessary measures
- You work with the control of the construction and are jointly responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environment and safety
- You help to develop the annual budget in relation to construction topics
- You accompany and help with new construction projects in cooperation with various management teams and the responsible construction companies including the entire guarantee system
- You advance the development of tools and processes and control their compliance with defect management and damage mitigation
- You advise employees on structural, legal, insurance and contractual foundations Requirements
