Your tasks

• You support specialists in matters of day-to-day business such as rental interest changes and incidental cost statements as well as in the preparation of final statements and in dunning
• You advise tenants, housekeepers, craftsmen and authorities by phone and provide information
• You process notices and repair orders and issue them
• You control and record the creditors
• You prepare tenant statements, collect real estate status reports and are responsible for general data maintenance
• You perform administrative tasks and process tenant correspondence

Your profile

• You bring a completed CV apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent education (e.g. building or civil engineering drawing:in)
• You have in-depth business experience, benefit from our industry and are ready to learn new things
• Your mother tongue is German and you can ideally communicate verbally and in writing in other languages
• You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-control
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people
• You bring an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
• You have self-learning skills and it gives you pleasure to share your knowledge
