Leadership & Development: You take the personal and professional leadership of your team (approximately 30 employees) and continuously develop your employees and representations.

Experience in logistics: Multiannual professional experience incl.

Leadership & Development: You take the personal and professional leadership of your team (approximately 30 employees) and continuously develop your employees and representations.
Operational Responsibility: You ensure a smooth process in your area and work closely with adjacent areas – always focusing on our customers.
Area development: You analyze existing processes and develop your area in a targeted way to improve efficiency and quality sustainably.
Communication & Collaboration: You promote open communication in your team, secure the flow of information and promote interdisciplinary cooperation.
Compliance with standards: You ensure compliance with our quality, safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM).

3+ years: Logistics & leadership Eidg. ID: Logistics, Production, Leadership
Experience in logistics: Multiannual professional experience incl.
Completion in logistics or production environment, ideally in a leadership position.
Leadership: You bring experience in the leadership of teams and understand how to motivate and develop employees.
3+ Jahre: Logistik & Führung
Eidg. Fachausweis: Logistik, Produktion, Führung
Führung im Tiefkühlbereich: Du bist bereit dein Team im Tiefkühlbereich (bis zu -23 °C) zu führen und zu unterstützen.
IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, BI-Tools und WMS- und ERP-Systemen. Deutsch (fliessend) Englisch (gute Kenntnisse)

Recruitment process Pre-selection of applications Incoming applications we continuously examine, create a pre-selection and release it to the manager for the view.
