Main responsibilities
- You take over the overall responsibility for the leadership and as a central interface for smooth cooperation with operations, technology and IT.
- You lead, develop and empower your team and create an environment where responsibility is taken over and knowledge is shared.
- You analyze and control relevant systems and process codes (KPIs) and derive targeted improvement measures.
- You ensure a stable, efficient operation of our fully automated logistics system – focusing on availability, throughput and quality.
- You actively promote the development of processes, software and system settings – from analysis to implementation.
Key requirements
- 3+ years: logistics, technology or process management Eidg.
- Certificate: Logistics, Technology or Process Management
- You have several years of experience in the management and production or operating management of automated logistics systems.
- You are convinced by strong leadership skills and clear, address-oriented communication.
- You bring a very good overall understanding for plant engineering, logistics processes, system interfaces and WMS solutions.
- You understand logistics as a dynamic environment and accompany your team flexibly within the day shifts (05:00–22:00).
- If necessary, you are also ready to use outside these times.
- You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, and you are delighted to penetrate complex relationships.
- You meet clear decisions and always keep the overall process in mind.
