Role overview

Genossenschaft Migros Zürich is the largest retailer in the region with 7,000 employees.

Our team is responsible for Business Controlling for the Logistics/IT division and manages projects in the logistics sector.

We are looking for you to actively support our controlling activities and gain your first experience in project management.

Main responsibilities

  • You are co-responsible for creating and updating reports as a basis for managing our logistics and IT operations.
  • You support our controlling team in the further development of reports and the automation of the reporting portfolio.
  • You handle the monthly billing of logistics services to other companies.
  • You support the controlling team with ad-hoc analyses and work on projects. Requirements
  • Ideally initial professional experience in an analytical environment.
  • Student (University/UAS/VET) from the third semester in a business administration degree program, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain Management.
  • You have a high affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills.

  • Specialist interview with case presentation: Specific professional knowledge is tested using a case study or other assessment instruments.
  • After processing, the result is presented to the manager and then discussed together.
  • Usually, the team is also represented during the presentation.
  • As a rule, the interviews are conducted by the supervisor, without an HR representative.
