Introduction For our Plate Machining department, we are seeking a New Product Process Engineer (H/F) whose main mission will be to act as the technical reference and coordinate the transfer of new products into production.
- Introduction For our Plate Machining department, we are seeking a New Product Process Engineer (H/F) whose main mission will be to act as the technical reference and coordinate the transfer of new products into production.
- Coordinate the transfer of new products according to the production plan
- Ensure the relevance of our manufacturing range (necessary tools and documents) and production launch
- Microtechnical Engineer Industrial experience required Strong team spirit and good communicator
- Ability to take a step back from complex projects and flows
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the transfer of new products according to the production plan
- Ensure the relevance of our manufacturing range (necessary tools and documents) and production launch
- Validate the transition to series production of new products, in collaboration with the project team Participate in project risk analyses
- Conduct the operational review of the qualification of a new product
- Ensure good coordination between project respondents, production technicians, and scheduling
- Represent the department in new product instances
- Ensure communication with management (reporting, blocking points, ...)
- Collaborate on the implementation of a rigorous monitoring of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop
- Lead project sessions in the department Profile Microtechnical Engineer Industrial experience required Strong team spirit and good communicator
- Ability to take a step back from complex projects and flows
