Your tasks

• You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, for ensuring quality as well as for personnel planning and promotion of employees
• You are responsible for market-compliant management and ensuring the maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of residential and commercial premises
• You advise owners and tenants, create and negotiate challenging contracts and control the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing and accompaniing maintenance as well as for periodic assessments of the condition incl. Reporting
• You develop and control the annual budget incl. Forecast and control the accounting of creditors
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners on how to set the rental rate
• You make lease contract changes, rental rate changes, and indexed rental rate adjustments

Your profile

• You have an oath. Real estate management or an Eidg. Diploma Immobilientreuhand
• You have many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, special knowledge in rental law as well as construction and marketing knowledge
• Your mother tongue is German and you can advantageously communicate verbally and in writing in other languages
• You have empathy and the ability to perform together as a team
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have the pleasure of shaping the Livit
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people
• You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-control
• You are digitally affine, have self-learning skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge
