As an intern, you work in a team and work together with your caregiver to ensure that the properties of our customers and their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are varied and varied.

Tasks

• Frequent telephone contact with tenants, prospective tenants etc.
• Information on existing rental offers
• Classification and examination of incoming registration forms taking into account the solvency of the interested parties and the tenant structure of the real estate
• Selection of suitable tenants in cooperation with management
• Arrangement of visit dates with tenants
• Preparation of rental contracts and invoices
• Edit and store object and property photos
• Support in the creation of marketing tools (e.g. online and print advertisements, sheets, boards and brochures)

Requirements

• You have completed the school part of the commercial / economic middle school with good to very good performances
• You have good manners and express yourself verbally as written in the German language
• You are interested in business processes and relationships in the real estate industry
• You enjoy dealing with people, are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly, and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are curious and open to change
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
