Your tasks

• Support for entry and exit incl. Onboarding new employees
• Cooperation in drawing up employment certificates
• Writing of correspondence
• Co-responsibility for the course administration and contact person for participants and speakers
• Vocational training support
• Organisation and appointment coordination
• Participation in the recruitment process
• Processing of physical and electronic mail
• Preparation and maintenance of e-Personal Dossiers
• Support for expense controls

Your profile

• You have completed the school part of the commercial / economic middle school with good to very good performances
• You can express yourself verbally and in writing in the German language
• You are not afraid to apply your French skills from school (verbal and written)
• You are an organizational talent and like to take on responsibility
• You are interested in HR processes as well as business and personnel-related relationships
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and enjoy dealing with people
• You have good manners.
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
• You are curious and open to change
• You learn easily and quickly and work reliably.
