Your tasks Are you interested as a business partner in shaping the further development of the organization? At Apleona Schweiz AG, we shape the working world of tomorrow – professionally, in partnership and close to our managers and employees. In order to strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a convincing and effective personality immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you are responsible for the assigned areas in all personnel matters and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for managers and employees and support them in all questions relating to leadership, organization and cooperation.

• Advice / support of managers and employees along the Employee Life Cycle
• Recruitment of specialists/managers
• Support as an HR business partner in relation to labour law issues
• Participation in HR projects and strategy topics
• Case management incl. Prevention and reintegration measures
• Responsibility for training strategy and planning
• Planning and implementation of trainings / workshops incl. Onboarding programmes
• Design and implementation of personnel development and training programmes
• Working with pay rounds, staff budgeting and HR key figures for your support areas

Your requirements

• Completed commercial training with corresponding further training in HR / business administration
• Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner in a comparable function
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurance
• HR generalists knowledge
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Pragmatism and hands-on mentality
• Structured, reliable and independent working method and enjoyment of project work
