You love order, like to get involved and keep an overview even in turbulent moments? As a housekeeper (m/f/d), you ensure that our property runs smoothly – technically, visually and humanly. Become the face on site and shape our everyday life with your craft, your service mentality and your sense of quality. The position shall be filled immediately.
- Self-employed provision of housekeeping services on an area
- Implementation of maintenance and cleaning including environmental care and winter service
- Execution of technical tours
- Coordination of appointments and monitoring of external service providers
- Support of the technical installations and troubleshooting
- Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property
- Professional disposal activities
- Readiness for rotating piquetting
Requirements
- Willingness and flexibility for operations in Zurich and the surrounding area
- Successfully completed vocational apprenticeship as a specialist in business maintenance, building technology or a similar basic training with further education to the Federal Government. FA housekeeper:in
- Professional experience in domestic service or home maintenance
- Knowledge in the maintenance of building and/or industrial installations is desirable
- Reliable, independent, solution-oriented and structured working method
- Good manners, pleasant and safe appearance and a well-kept appearance
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing and strong communication skills
- Team spirit and high service orientation
- Safe handling of computers
- Good repute
- Valid driving licence Cat B, knowledge with manual transmission mandatory
