You want to put theory into practice and gain real insight into the world of facility management? Then you are exactly right at Apleona Schweiz AG. Start now as an intern:in. The main place of work will be the Center of Competence (CoC) department in Wallisellen ZH. The CoC department is commissioned internally by various customer and innovation projects
- These reflect the full range of services offered by Apleona Switzerland and therefore require a fast understanding, high customer orientation, flexibility and anticipation. The department also includes the departments Quality & Environment and Occupational Safety & Health Protection.
Possible tasks
- Assistance in the implementation of new client mandates (assumption of sub-projects, participation in customer meetings, writing meeting minutes, etc.)
- Assistance in the preparation of tender documents (such as description of operating concepts, create slides for presentation of offers)
- Assistance in the recording of building information, installations such as the technical facilities, building space etc.
- Participation in assumptions
- Participation in internal audits
- Establishment of an internal quality management system
- Security visits including reports
Property management
- Creation of object documentation (e.g. task descriptions, specifications, checklists, etc.)
- Obtaining offers
- Actual recording buildings or offices
Workplace management
- Implementation of an area management system
Building systems
- Creation of object documentation (e.g. task descriptions, specifications, checklists, etc.)
- Obtaining offers
- Current technical facilities and cooperation with CAFM team
- Plan maintenance and technical tours with the operation
Services and Events
- Creation of concepts (cleaning manual, factsheet for infrastructural FM etc.)
- Catering Offers / Creating Concepts
- Parking concepts and their implementation
- Mobility strategy
Requirements
- You have strong social skills and organizational strength
- You work quickly and well-founded into new topics and work on them reliably and independently
- You are flexible and look forward to visiting our locations throughout Switzerland depending on the project
- You perform competently and communicate stylishly in German
- French and/or English are beneficial
