Your tasks Management talent sought for our centers! Commercial know-how meets technical understanding: Support in the area of retail and center management. Together with the Center Manager, you control our locations for success.
- Commercial and technical management of assigned shopping centers in cooperation with the Center Manager
- Active support for new and existing tenants: as well as comprehensive lease contract management
- Cooperation in the negotiation and drafting of business and supplementary lease contracts
- Effective vacancy management including subsequent rental
- Creditor and creditor management
- Implementation of property acceptance and transfer as well as support for tenant development projects
- Prediction, budgeting and planning with earnings responsibility
- Preparation and verification of detailed heating and operating costs accounts
- Preparation of solution-oriented applications to contracting entities
- Preparation of meaningful reports
- Leadership and coordination of assigned FM service providers
- Observation of market and legal developments
- Complementary full support of a small housing portfolio
Your requirements
- Successful graduation as a real estate manager: in with federal professional certificate
- Several years of experience in the management of commercial properties as well as in the negotiation and drafting of retail and business lease contracts, annexes/attachments and supplements
- Stylistic German in Word and Writing
- Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programs, GREM)
- Valid driving licence and own PW are required
