• Strategic and operational advice to managers in an assigned area in all personnel topics (onboarding, support, development, maintenance, remuneration, offboarding).
• Preparation and conduct of personnel interviews (conflict, disciplinary and dismissal interviews or health interviews).
• Management of labour law cases (compliance) in coordination with internal and external partners.
• Support and moderation of processes in the area of performance management and talent development.
• Accompaniment and care of long-term patients in close cooperation with insurers for reintegration.
• Participation in HR projects and support of initiatives in the area of change management, organizational and cultural development.

Requirements

• 5 years: as HR Business Partner
• Completed initial or continuing education: Human Resources
• Open and empathetic personality with pleasure in dealing with different people.
• Experience in organizational development and change management, coaching skills are beneficial.
• High commitment, own initiative, resilience and assertiveness.
• Integrity, authenticity and responsibility.
• Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors)
• in German (negotiation certain)
• French (advantageous)

The decision on progress or withdrawal from the recruitment process will be communicated by telephone or email. Talks with HR & department (FFB-Group) The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team. Discussion with Case Presentation Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks Offer & Contract Exhibition (FFB-Group) After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again.
