Main responsibilities

  • Setting up, controlling, operating and monitoring production and packaging facilities Manufacture of various doughs Quality control of manufactured products Detect problems and ensure troubleshooting
  • Optimizing processes and plants as part of our continuous improvement processes
  • Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations
  • Active participation in production in the early, late and night shift Training of learners in the task area General cleaning work Requirements
  • Experience as an investment leader: an advantage
  • Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): food technologist, baker, pastry chef or similar (also EBA possible)
